Last year it was Gaga, and now Polaroid is turning to Google to launch its first Android-powered smart camera. Smartphone-like in looks, the HD snapper hosts a 3.2-inch touchscreen display with a 16.0-Megapixel sensor and 3x optical zoom to capture your footage. There's Wi-Fi connectivity, content uploading to social networking sites via a single button, Android Market access and 32GB of storage via a MicroSD card. Excluding the US shareholders, the settlement was concluded for the benefit of the worldwide group of Shell’s shareholders, who purchased their shares from 8 April 1999 through 18 March 2004 on many stock exchanges other than the NY SE. One of the issues in a transnational case to be resolved was whether the Court of Appeals had international jurisdiction to declare the settlement binding. As the Shell securities case delivers the authority to rely on whether the WCAM settlement could include non-Dutch residents as well, this case is examined here.

The niche 8-inch device, designed to provide kids in the developing world with access to modern education, has a price target of around $US100 per unit. Acer Aspire S5 Ultrabook – A swarm of "ultrabook" MacBook Air rivals is expected to be announced at CES, but Acer got in first with the S5. The laptop is being dubbed the world's thinnest laptop, coming in at 15mm at its thinnest point. It has a 13.3-inch screen and weighs around 1.35kg. Acer also announced an iCloud-like service that lets users store all of their files online for access on any device. Lenovo IdeaTab Tablet S2 - One of the first tablets to feature the new Android, version 4.0 or "Ice Cream Sandwich", the Lenovo Tablet S2 has a 10-inch screen and connects to a detachable keyboard, much like the Asus Transformer Prime.
